1. Thai Jasmine Rice (Hom Mali Rice) 
This rice is well known by its characteristics, taste and sweetly scent.
It looks naturally little chalky and have the average length of the whole kernel about 7.0 mm or more. When the rice is cooked, it has a soft and smooth texture, well stickiness and pandanus-like scent.

2. Thai White Rice
The name of White Rice comes from its appearance that the hull and bran layers are husked.It has many different names such as milled rice, milled white rice, polished or polished white rice, The physical properties of grain depend on rice variety.

3. Thai Parboiled Rice
The paddy rice has been applied with the stream pressure before milling to gelatinizes the starch in the grain that also make it firmer and more separate.The boiling process turns grain into yellow and black in color.
The black one can be rejected by using the color sorter machine.
